Coaching Packages:

• All coaching sessions start with a free 45 minute phone conversation
• Coaching sessions can be done by phone, on Skype, or in person per your request.
• 6 or 12 month packages are recommended for weight loss coaching for a higher success depending on the needs of the individual client.
• If you decide to initially purchase a three month package, and then later to add another three months, we would adjust your total cost to the six month package price. However, if you decide to purchase a six month package, and then reduce it to a three month package, you will refunded only the amount to reflect the non-discounted three month package.
• Any package purchased allows for short phone consultations on an as needed basis, during and after the coaching contract.
